We ship within the continental United States and select international locations. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, but shipping times may vary depending on the destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Returns and Refunds

Because our products are made-to-order through our trusted partner(s), all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at shopbeautifuldamage@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

We do not accept general returns, size exchanges, or buyer's remorse returns.
