Can I cancel or change my order?
Because production begins quickly, we do not accept cancellations or changes once an order is placed. Please double-check your details before completing checkout.

What if my item arrives damaged or not quite right?
If your item is damaged due to a production issue or we made an error, we’ll make it right. Email us at shopbucklebird@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Please note:
We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping or for delays due to postal carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We recommend inspecting your delivery promptly and contacting the carrier directly if the box is visibly damaged.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! All U.S. orders over $100 ship free with standard shipping. No code needed — it applies automatically at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within the United States — but international shipping is on our radar.

When will my order ship?
In-stock items usually ship within 2-7 business days. For limited editions or preorders, the estimated shipping timeframe will be noted on the product page.

How do I care for my BuckleBird leather and cowhide bag?
To keep your bag looking bold and beautiful:

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

  • Use the included dust cover between uses

  • Condition the leather every few months with a non-darkening leather conditioner

  • Avoid water exposure; if wet, blot gently and let air dry

  • Cowhide patterns vary naturally — water exposure should be avoided for best longevity

Our bags are handcrafted by various skilled artisans. We collaborate directly with small-batch makers who specialize in tooling and craftsmanship — keeping western tradition alive with a modern twist.
