Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped via USPS from our studio in North Carolina.

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 2–7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Some items may ship sooner depending on availability.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout

  • Estimated Delivery: Most U.S. orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipment

At BuckleBird, each item is carefully selected and shipped from our small business. Because of the nature of our handcrafted and small-batch products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an error on our part.

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Customer dissatisfaction with style, size, or color

  • Damage caused during transit (please file a claim with the carrier)

  • General wear and tear after use

Exceptions – Our Mistake? We’ll Make It Right

If you received the wrong item or there is a clear defect due to our error, we’re happy to fix it.

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  1. Email us within 3 days of receiving your order: shopbucklebird@gmail.com

  2. Include a clear photo of the issue

  3. Include your order number and name

If approved, the item must be returned unused and in original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.
